Returns and Exchanges

Customer can initiate a return for any reason within 7 days of receipt. Customer should contact cs@bestpriceoptics.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). A customer service representative will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and the address where to send the return back to. All returns must be sent back at the buyer's expense. Once received, we will refund your payment, less the shipping & handling charges. Please see below for our complete return policy.

Please note that in order to receive a timely response to any e-mail inquiry, you must include the following in your correspondence:

   1. The date on which the order was placed
   2. The name under which the order was placed
   3. The item(s) you are inquiring about
   4. The channel in which you purchased the item (our website, eBay, Buy.com)


Failure to provide the above information may considerably delay response time.


Return Policy

We extend a 7 day period from date of receipt for returns and exchanges, less shipping/handling and any applicable restocking fees, and in accordance with the following conditions:

1. The item was neither refused at delivery, nor sent back to us as undeliverable.
2. You have contacted customer service and received a Return Merchandise Authorization approval number (RMA), and return address.
3. Merchandise must be returned in line-new, original, unused, condition, as shipped.
4. ALL paperwork, instructions, packaging and accessories must be intact, unaltered, or in any way marred. No exceptions.
5. Warranty cards and registration forms must NOT be filled out.
6.You were not informed, that item will be a SPECIAL ORDER.
7. Any damage done to your package in transit must be immediately reported by the customer to the carrier (ie: FedEx, UPS, USPS).
8. Customer must request that the carrier examine any damaged package to assure refund or replacement, and all such packaging must be retained by the customer..
9. If the item has been opened, and is no longer in its original mint condition, it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. To obtain specific restocking fees applicable to your return, please contact a customer service representatvie us at cs@bestpriceoptics.com
10. Please pack all returned merchandise in an outer shipping carton, so that the original product box or package is not deamaged, labeled, torn or marred in any way.
11. Your RMA# should be clearly written on the shipping label, above the return address.
12. A copy of your invoice and order # should be included. Please include the channel is which your item was purchased from (our website, over the phone, eBay, Buy.com etc).
13. Your return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid.
14. If the return is due to our error, please contact a customer service representative immediately. Return the product via a tracked shipping courier (FedEx, UPS) and we will reimburse you the standard shipping expenses incurred, or we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label, at our preference.
15. Nothing must be written or taped on the product packaging or gift boxes.
16. A Return Authorization approval number does not guarantee a refund. All returns are subject to inspection.
17. For non-defective items that were purchased with FREE SHIPPING, the normally calculable shipping and handling charge will be deducted from total.
